Nexra Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Nexra Bulk Price Editor application (the "App") for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you install and use our App.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access and process the following data from your Shopify store:

  • Store Information: Store name, domain, email address, and Shopify plan information
  • Product Data: Product titles, prices, compare-at prices, variants, SKUs, tags, vendors, product types, and collections
  • Price History: Historical pricing data generated by the App to track price changes over time

We do not collect customer personal data, payment information, or order details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

  • Displaying and filtering products for bulk price editing operations
  • Executing bulk price updates (fixed amount, percentage, rounding rules)
  • Maintaining a complete price change history for audit and rollback purposes
  • Providing app functionality, support, and service improvements

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or transfer your store or product data to any third party. Your pricing data remains strictly confidential.

We may use the following third-party service providers to operate the App:

We retain your store data and price history for as long as the App is installed on your store. Price history is retained indefinitely to provide long-term audit capabilities. Upon uninstallation:

  • All product data and price history are deleted within 30 days
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained

6. GDPR Compliance

For merchants and customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

  • Data portability

We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks for customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure.

For California residents, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect and to request its deletion.

8. Shopify API Data Usage

Our use of Shopify API data complies with Shopify's API Terms of Service and data protection requirements. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide App functionality.
