Privacy Policy — Nexra Meta Feed & DPA

Nexra Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Nexra Meta Feed & DPA application (the "App") for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you install and use our App.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access and process the following data from your Shopify store:

  • Store Information: Store name, domain, email address, and Shopify plan information
  • Product Data: Product titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants, inventory status, and associated metafields
  • Collection Data: Collection titles and associated product listings
  • Media Files: Product images that are loaded into the canvas editor for creative design purposes

We do not collect customer personal data, payment information, or order details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

  • Generating product feed files (XML/CSV) for Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest advertising platforms
  • Rendering product images in the canvas editor for creative design
  • Creating and exporting ad creatives with your product data
  • Providing app functionality, support, and service improvements

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Product feed files generated by the App are intended to be submitted to advertising platforms (Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Business). The decision to submit these feeds is made by you, the merchant. We do not automatically share your data with any third party.

We may use the following third-party service providers to operate the App:

  • Cloud hosting providers for data storage and processing
  • Analytics services for App performance monitoring (aggregated, non-personal data only)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Regular security audits and monitoring

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your store and product data for as long as the App is installed on your store. Upon uninstallation:

  • All product data and generated feed files are deleted within 30 days
  • Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained

6. GDPR Compliance

For merchants and customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability

We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks for customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure.

7. CCPA Compliance

For California residents, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we do not sell personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect and to request its deletion.

8. Shopify API Data Usage

Our use of Shopify API data complies with Shopify's API Terms of Service and data protection requirements. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide App functionality.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the App or by email.
